As Long As We Are

A program about presence, socialisation, and reducing loneliness among elderly people.

As Long As We Are

About the program

This program is about reducing loneliness among elderly people. Sometimes support means groceries, medicine, or transport. Sometimes it means presence and a conversation.

We want elderly people in the community to feel seen, listened to, and still part of the life of the place.

What we build

Visits, social meetings, practical support, and relationships that bring dignity and belonging.

People need people.

How you can help

Volunteer

Visits, transport, and time spent together can matter deeply to someone who feels alone.

Monthly support

Recurring support lets us buy groceries, medicine, and basic products when they are needed.

Recommendations

If you know an isolated or vulnerable elderly person, write to us and we will try to understand what we can do.
