A project fighting period poverty and supporting girls in the community.
Period poverty affects girls in visible and invisible ways: absences, shame, discomfort, lack of confidence, and the feeling that they are alone with a normal need.
Through this project, we provide free menstrual pads in schools and open healthier conversations about bodies, hygiene, dignity, and support.
The program has supplied 8 schools with menstrual hygiene products.
No girl should miss school or feel ashamed because of a normal need.
